We handle all aspects of this process to ensure a quick and painless registration to keep you focused on other critical business aspects.
DDTC / EAR Licensing
To ensure U.S. national security and foreign policy, the DDTC regulates all imports and exports of defense articles and requires a formal license be submitted, reviewed and approved prior to any shipment.

Product Classification
Under U.S. export regulations, every product/item is classified as being subject to the ITAR, the CCL, DOE or else is designated as EAR99.
Without an accurate classification of your product, violtions, fines and penalties are sure to follow putting your ability to do business in jeopardy.
We can work with your technical subject matter experts to ensure proper classification is identified and instituted.
There are plenty of examples of products that are not clearly identified under the USML and/or CCL and may require a formal Commodity Jurisidiction per 120.4 of the ITAR submitted to DDTC. The commodity jurisdiction procedure is used if doubt exists as to whether an article or service is covered by the USML. It may also be used for consideration of a redesignation of an article or service currently covered by the USML. We specialize in preparing, submitting and following all commodity jurisdictions to ensure your company is in the best position to be commercially viable.
